FOR RESIDENTS

This information is for Residents.  These are the most common issues that come up.

 

Work Orders

All requests for needed repairs or maintenance MUST be called into the Office.  Except in EMERGENCY situations, Staff are not permitted to make repairs in the units unless they have a Work Order issued by the Office.

 

Parking

Parking is not assigned.  It is "first come, first serve"; however, we do ask residents to be courteous to other residents when you know they regularly park in a space.

 

We discourage parking along the curbs except for drop-off and pick-up situations.  Emergency equipment cannot get through if cars are blocking the drives.

 

Guest

Overnight guests are welcome to stay with you.  However, overnight adult guests need to check in at the Office.

 

Neighbor Complaints

If you have a complaint about a neighbor or their guest, you MUST put it in writing, sign it, and turn it into the Office.  Verbal complaints will not to addressed if the resident is not willing to put it in writing and sign the complaint.

 

Need Help

If you have a situation that comes up, PLEASE contact the Office.  We cannot help you if we do not know there is a problem.
